TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking aQuality Control Inspector / Production Inspectorfor a temp-to-hire opportunity in Conroe, TX. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 months of inspection experiencein a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment.
This position involves inspecting incoming mesh materials for defects, cutting mesh coils, and properly labeling materials according to production requirements. Candidates must be detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a shop environment with exposure to hot and cold temperatures.
Job Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming shipments of mesh materials to identify defects, damage, and quality concerns.
Perform visual inspections to ensure materials meet established quality requirements.
Cut mesh coils according to provided instructions and production specifications.
Properly label, organize, and prepare inspected materials for production or storage.
Identify and separate defective or damaged materials to prevent quality issues.
Verify incoming materials for accuracy and report discrepancies to supervisors.
Safely handle, move, and organize mesh coils and other manufacturing materials.
Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation as required.
Follow established quality control procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Assist with general production and material handling duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 months of inspection experience required.
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse inspection, or quality control preferred.
Ability to visually identify defects, damage, and inconsistencies in materials.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to safely cut, handle, and label mesh materials.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Must be comfortable working in hot and cold temperatures in a shop environment.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
