Head of Supervisory Oversight & Controls, Americas

SMBC Group is seeking an Executive Director-level leader to design, govern, and strengthen supervisory activity oversight across the Americas Division, including Global Markets, Capital Markets and Banking. You will partner with Front Office, Compliance, Risk Management, Operations, and Internal Audit to drive remediation and embed robust supervision into day-to-day execution. The role emphasizes credible challenge, strategic direction, and practical execution support, with responsibility for
