What You'll Do: Provide OB/GYN services including routine labor management, cesarean sections, vaginal deliveries, and postpartum rounding Support staff: Certified Nurse Midwife Handle emergency gynecologic consults as needed Collaborate with a dedicated team in a hospital-based setting with approximately 120 births per year Use EPIC EMR system for documentation Work within a rural community hospital environment, with no high-risk obstetrics or residents on-site Provide coverage for shifts approximately 1520 days per month, including weeklong stretches What You NeedMD or DO with valid medical license accepted via IMLC Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications Minimum 12 years of relevant clinical experience Ability to support routine labor management, cesarean sections, and postpartum care Willingness to float to other sites such as Janesville, Baraboo, Monroe Clinic, and Madison as needed About the AssignmentJoin a rural community hospital in Baraboo, WI, focusing on comprehensive obstetric care in a supportive, small-team environment.
