Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Customer Service Associate to join our gas station and convenience store team. The ideal candidate is presentable, responsible, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:- Operate the cash register and lottery machine accurately
- Prepare food and beverages according to store standards
- Receive and organize product deliveries and orders
- Stock shelves, coolers, and store displays
- Maintain cleanliness of the store, food prep areas, and restrooms
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Requirements:- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must be presentable, friendly, and professional
- Responsible, dependable, and punctual
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
- Prior gas station or convenience store experience is a plus (but not required)
