About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills and leadership potential, who may one day lead the Customer Support department. You will maintain direct contact with customers, support the sales team, assist multiple departments, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient account management and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain direct communication with customers, addressing their needs promptly and professionally
- Support the sales team by developing and nurturing strong client relationships
- Assist various company departments as needed
- Perform account management functions to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Improve customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction measures are met
- Understand and comply with regulatory requirements, developing processes to enhance efficiency
- Organize and maintain customer documents and files accurately

Qualifications:- 2-3 years of customer service experience in a structured, people-facing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and ExcelStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage paperwork efficiently
