What You'll Do: Ability to perform routine visits utilizing effective therapeutic interventions
Work with other disciplines to give the best care needed for each patient.
Help decrease the need for re-hospitalization by being actively involved in the patient's plan of care to assess any changes that may be needed.
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation in accordance with state, federal, and agency requirements.
When appropriate teach and counsel family members about care and processes for disease/injuries.
Attend orientation, meetings, and CEUs

Requirements
What You'll Need: Computer skills; must be able to work within EMR system.
Must have current OH therapy license in good standing.
Reliable auto and current auto insurance.
Current CPR.
