Ready for the next chapter of your HVAC career? Berks Career & Technology Center (BCTC) is looking for an experienced HVAC professional who is ready to take the knowledge and skills they've built in the field and pass them on to the next generation of technicians. You don't have to be an instructor to apply and we don't expect an experienced HVAC professional to walk into the classroom and know everything about teaching on day one. BCTC will assist you in learning the classroom piece by providing you with support, mentoring and resources to help you make the transition from industry professional to an instructor. Why Make the Move to BCTC? You have spent years mastering your trade. Imagine putting that experience to work in a different way: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–3:15 p.m. Paid sick and personal leave 10-month work year / 190 days Tuition reimbursement Summers away from the classroom Guaranteed annual salary increases No nights, weekends, or on-call service A fully equipped HVAC/Refrigeration laboratory No more ladders or crawl spaces Comprehensive benefits Mentor/prepare the next generation of skilled technicians About BCTC – We are located at 3307 Friedensburg Road, Oley.
