About AB SuppressorAB Suppressor is looking for a motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic individual to join our production team. Firearm knowledge and experience are not required, although an interest in the industry can make the job even more enjoyable. We are primarily looking for someone who takes pride in their work, learns quickly, and wants to contribute to a growing American manufacturing company. AB Suppressor is a leader in firearm suppressor innovation. Our company was founded by aerospace engineers who combined their experience in forced-induction turbine technology with a shared passion for firearms and the outdoors. We approach suppressor design scientifically, solve difficult mechanical challenges, and bring high-quality products to market at consumer-friendly prices. What Makes AB Different? We believe in doing things the right way—even when it is not the easiest way. Quality, innovation, and attention to detail are at the center of everything we manufacture. We are a growing, engineering-driven company with a close-knit team. Our employees work hard, enjoy what they do, and understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

- Inspecting products for quality and consistency
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Assisting with other production tasks as needed
- Working with the team to meet daily and weekly production goals

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and committed to producing quality work
- Able to follow instructions and established safety procedures
- Willing to help wherever needed as the company continues to grow
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.
- A Day at AB Suppressor
- Our workday is structured without feeling overly corporate. Employees have flexibility in their arrival time, generally arriving between 7:00 and 9:30 a.m., and completing their scheduled workday from there.
- You will work in a clean, well-lit, climate-controlled environment with both air conditioning and heat. Music is usually playing, and employees may wear earbuds while working when it is safe to do so.
- You can join coworkers for lunch or relax in our break room. We also have occasional company-wide lunches—and probably should have them more often.
- We take our work seriously, but we do not believe work has to feel stiff or impersonal. Expect friendly greetings, good-natured banter, and a team that respects one another.
Compensation and Benefits:- AB Suppressor offers:$18.00–$22.00 per hour
- Flexible scheduling
- Employee discounts
- On-the-job training
