Base pay range$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yrAllocator – Planning TeamWe're partnering with a contemporary fashion brand seeking an Allocator to join their growing Planning team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizing inventory and driving business results across retail and e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage allocations across DTC and e-commerce channels to meet monthly inventory goals
- Analyze sales-to-stock ratios, order flow, and backstock to ensure balanced inventory distribution
- Identify sales and inventory opportunities by location to optimize performance
- Support Planning with weekly replenishment orders and ad hoc inventory projects
- Communicate with warehouse and cross‐functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy
- Maintain data integrity and execute entry tasks across multiple planning systems
- Partner with peers to streamline processes and share best practices
- Qualifications1–2 years of experience in retail allocation, planning, or inventory management
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; proficient in Microsoft OfficeHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‐through
- Excellent communication and problem‐solving abilities
- Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles four days per week
