What You'll Do: Full‑spectrum primary care: Provide outpatient primary care and urgent care across all ages, from pediatric well‑child visits through adult chronic disease management Clinical evaluation and treatment: Perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans Pediatric care: Manage well‑child visits, immunizations, developmental screenings, and common pediatric conditions for families who want one provider for the whole household Diagnostics and prescribing: Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics; prescribe medications and manage follow‑up care Documentation and quality: Chart efficiently using EMR with AI‑powered tools and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Requirements: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Licensed to practice as a Physician (MD/DO) in New York State Completed residency in Family Medicine or Combined Internal Medicine‑Pediatrics (Med‑Peds) Comfortable and experienced treating pediatric patients, including infants and young children Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control Training Strong HIPAA knowledge; experience with EMR systems Must obtain FMCSA certification within first 3 months (CDL exams) MAT certificate required DEA registration preferred

Preferred: urgent care or primary care experience; bilingual English/Spanish
