Refrigeration Technician - Industrial

This role is field-based, working on a variety of commercial refrigeration equipment across multiple sites. No two days look exactly the same, and that’s the point. What the job looks like: You’ll be out in the field handling service calls, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. Some days are quick fixes, others require deeper troubleshooting — either way, you’re the one diagnosing the issue and getting systems back up and running. You’ll be working on: Walk-ins, reach-ins, and display cases Ice machines and similar equipment Refrigeration systems with integrated controls Larger or more complex systems as your experience grows
