This role is responsible for coordinating transportation operations, ensuring efficient routing and scheduling, and maintaining exceptional service standards for high-value deliveries in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and dispatch fleet operations for household and goods transportation.
Schedule drivers and assign routes for local and national deliveries.
Monitor daily transportation activity and adjust schedules to ensure on-time service.
Communicate with drivers and internal teams to resolve operational issues and delays.
Maintain accurate dispatch records, shipment tracking, and logistics documentation.
Requirements:
Prior dispatching experience, within luxury transportation or specialized logistics.
Strong knowledge of routing, scheduling, and transportation coordination.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Great communication, professional, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to high service standards.
Salary begins at $73,000, with higher compensation available based on experience and qualifications.
