Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator located in Asbury, NJ. The Inside Sales Coordinator will focus on managing incoming sales inquiries, processing customer orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong communication with clients. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, preparing sales proposals, coordinating with internal departments to fulfill orders, and building lasting relationships with clients to support sales goals.
Qualifications:
Experience in Inside Sales and Order ProcessingStrong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skillsEffective Communication skills, both verbal and writtenAttention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in computer systems and CRM software is a plusStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesPrior experience in the construction equipment industry is beneficial
