My client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking a Finance Associate with 5 to 7 years of substantive experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fund finance, asset based lending or private bank lending (such as securities or private stock lending). Experience representing lenders is preferred. Experience with the New York market and sophisticated counterparties is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated mid-level associate whose goal is to run deals. Annual Salary Range:$285,000 to $325,000 (exclusive of any bonuses)
Work Schedule: Hybrid -- 3 days in the office
