Impact-Driven Grants & Program Operations Director

Bush Foundation in Saint Paul, MN, seeks a Program Operations Director to provide foundation-wide leadership for grantmaking, grants administration and technology. You will lead a six-person team and help shape how programs are funded, evaluated and supported across Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and tribal nations. You will ensure that grant processes are simple, strategic and advance equity, partnering with program teams to streamline operations while upholding the foundation's values.
