Salary Range: $30-35 Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Apparel, Textiles, or a related field, or 2 additional years' experience in lieu of a degree Minimum 2 years in color, textile, or product development experience Knowledge of textiles and dye methods Understanding of digital color measurement to review and approve lab dips Strong written and oral communication skills including meeting facilitation and presentations Ability to pass the Munsell Hue color test to determine visual color acuity Experience communicating and collaborating with global partners Strong organization and multi-tasking skills Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group Self-starter attitude and the ability to be a team player within a fast-paced team Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Day-to-Day Responsibilities Execute the seasonal color direction and ensure on-time approvals for buy-ready commercialization Collaborate with Textile Development, Color Design, and Product Risk Engineering to analyze potential risks and create mitigation plans Facilitate and track lab dips for seasonal initiatives while identifying and addressing key issues and challenges in color development Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners in seasonal color developments Company Benefits & Culture Diverse and inclusive culture that thrives on creativity and innovation Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive and collaborative team environment
