Extension is seeking a Billing Specialist for a Contract to Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI.About Our ClientEstablished transportation and logistics organizationPart of a nationwide network of trucking companies and logistics providersStable company within the bulk transportation industryTraining program available for entry-level candidatesKey Objectives / Role ResponsibilitiesSort and review scanned paperwork received from locations across the countryClassify documents such as bills of lading, freight bills, and related paperworkQueue and organize documents for processingComplete billing for delivered trips and loadsEnsure billing documentation is accurate and completeDesired Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredEntry-level candidates are encouraged to applyPrevious billing, administrative, or data entry experience is helpful but not requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable working with electronic documents and computer systemsSalary Information$22.00 per hourWe’re looking forward to connecting with you and are excited to help you make your next career move!
