Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in products liability litigation matters, including drafting and filing complaints, conducting discovery, and negotiating settlements
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Conduct thorough investigations and analyses of complex products liability cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including attorneys, experts, and clients, to achieve case goals
- Stay up-to-date on developments in products liability law and industry trends
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in products liability litigation
- Strong knowledge of products liability law and procedures
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with clients in a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Familiarity with e-discovery tools and litigation software
- Experience with trial and appellate litigation
