High volume practice Educational and management environment Opportunity to manage a diverse caseload Pediatric Endocrinology visits Bismarck twice a month Broad referral base spanning across Western ND Diabetes educator on call Monday thru Saturday (8am-4pm) and Sunday (8am-12pm) Culture of innovation and supportive administration Team of 1 physician and 2 APPs Compensation Package Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation of $350,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
