Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist - $2,816 per week

Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, assessments, and interventions as needed. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans. Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes or complications. Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge processes. Document all patient care-related activities accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Strong clinical skills and experience in a relevant medical or surgical area. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; advanced certifications may be preferred.
