Specialized Clinical Pharmacy Practice:
Support patients across complex therapeutic areas, including HIV, Infertility, and GLP-1 weight management therapies. Direct Patient Care ImpactGuide patients through treatment journeys with personalized medication education, adherence support, and ongoing clinical monitoring.
Patient Education & Counseling:
Teach patients how to safely and confidently use oral medications, self-injectable therapies, and specialty medications. Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum):$86.69 - 111.88 - 125.30
Required Qualifications:- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Or Bachelor's Degree in pharmacy.5 Years experience in the advanced practice area; Or3 Years completion of PGY1 residency and 2 years experience in advanced practice area; Or2 Years completion of PGY1 residency and PGY2 residency.
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (BLS ) - American Heart Association
- California Pharmacist License - CA State Board of Pharmacy
- Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery - Various-Employee provides certificate
- Other Qualification Requirements
- Any BPS (Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties) Certification is required within 6 months of hire into this position.
- Advance Practice Pharmacist License-CA Board of Pharmacy is required within 12 months of hire into this position.
