Key Responsibilities:
Support healthcare business operations by gathering and documenting business and operational requirementsCreate and maintain process flows, workflow diagrams, and basic reportsCollaborate with clinical, billing, patient access, compliance, and operations teamsPrepare status reports, meeting notes, and operational documentationMaintain accurate documentation including BRDs, process documents, and reportsEnsure compliance with healthcare regulationsRespond to operational inquiries and escalate issues to senior analysts as neededKey Requirements and Technology Experience: Bachelor's degree 02 years of experience in a healthcare operations, analyst, coordinator, or administrative roleStrong analytical, documentation, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksHealthcare operations knowledgeRequirements gathering and business documentationData analysis and reporting using ExcelStakeholder coordination across healthcare teamsProcess mapping and workflow documentationStrong written and verbal communication skills
