APPLYAssembly Technician We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembly Technician to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling small solenoid valves through repetitive, precision-based tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in consistency, quality, and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble small solenoid valve components according to standard operating procedures
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks with speed and precision throughout shift
- Inspect completed units for quality and consistency before moving to next stage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Meet daily production and quality targets
- Report any equipment issues or defects to a supervisor promptly
- Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass E-Verify employment verification Bilingual (English/Spanish) required for effective communication with team members and supervisors Ability to perform repetitive hand movements for extended periods Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Ability to stand for full shift and lift up to 25 lbs Reliable attendance and punctuality Prior assembly or manufacturing experience a plus, but not required—training provided Schedule & Compensation: Full-Time, Monday–Friday6:30 AM – 3:00 PM$16.00/hr
