Tea Production & Packaging Associate

No previous tea or food manufacturing experience is required. We are looking for reliable people who work efficiently, pay attention to detail, and enjoy being part of a team. Bilingual English/Spanish preferably.
What You'll Do:
- Manually package finished tea bags into retail boxes, pouches, variety packs, and other finished products
- Count tea bags and other components accurately according to production requirements
- Assemble retail packaging and cartons
- Apply labels, stickers, lot codes, and other packaging materials
- Inspect tea bags and finished packages for quality and accuracy
- Check that products contain the correct tea variety, quantity, packaging, and labels
- Seal and prepare finished products for cases and shipment
- Build and pack shipping cases
- Keep packaging materials organized and stocked at workstations
- Assist with changing packaging materials between different tea varieties and products
- Maintain accurate production counts
- Keep workstations clean and organized
- Follow food-safety, sanitation, GMP, and company quality procedures
- Assist with general production and warehouse tasks when needed
- Work with other team members to meet daily production goals
Required qualifications: Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred qualifications: 18 years or older
