Job Summary:
Provides specific patient care duties and performs unit support activities in the operating room suite. Responsibilities include adhering to Sharp HealthCare practices and policies, maintaining regulatory requirements, providing quality care to O.R. patients, documenting and communicating important data, and identifying problems to improve department objectives and quality of care.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of experience as a scrub person in a hospital settingBLS for HealthCare providers certification Strong OB/GYN procedure experience
Preferred Qualifications:- Completion of an approved program for Operating Room Technicians or demonstrated technical skills through on-the-job training
