Location: Remote- your city, your state
Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2Compensation: Negotiable Base Salary + Aggressive Commission Plan
Benefits: Full Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO)
Overview:
We're seeking Logistics Representatives with the grit and ambition to run the full cradle-to-grave freight cycle—and eventually run the branch. This is a rare W-2 opportunity to build your own book of business with full autonomy and the backing of a strong logistics brand. You’ll start by doing it all: prospecting, booking freight, managing customers, and covering your own loads. As your book scales, you’ll evolve into a leadership role with branch management responsibilities, growing a team around the business you’ve built. This is ideal for someone who’s hungry to grow, ready to lead, and eager to earn big.
What You Get:- W-2 Stability: Full-time employment with benefits and no financial liability
- Negotiable Base Salary: Competitive starting pay based on experience and book size
- Aggressive Commission Plan: Uncapped earning potential tied directly to your success
- Full Autonomy: Run your book your way—with no micromanagement
- Leadership Path: Clear route to branch management for top performers
Full Benefits:
Health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more
Corporate Backing & Support:
- Access to national leads databases to help build your book faster
- Dedicated Track & Trace and Billing departments to free you up to focus on sales and growth
- Marketing and technology support to help you scale with efficiency
What You’ll Do:- Cradle-to-Grave Freight Management: Source, sell, and cover loads end-to-end
- Sales & Business Development: Prospect new shippers and build a sustainable, diversified customer base
- Account Management: Maintain and grow client relationships with a focus on high service levels
- Carrier Procurement: Build and manage carrier relationships to move freight cost-effectively
- Branch Development: Scale your book with the long-term goal of leading your own branch and team
- Leadership: Set the tone for performance, culture, and accountability as you move into management
What We’re Looking For:- 2+ years of freight brokerage or logistics experience
- Proven success in sales and customer acquisition
- Strong carrier network and freight knowledge
- High drive, entrepreneurial mindset, and leadership ambition
- Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure
- Desire to build something long-term, not just a job
- This Role is for You If:
- You’re tired of building someone else’s book with no real reward
- You want the security of W-2 with the autonomy and upside of the agent model
- You’ve got the hustle, leadership, and vision to lead a team someday
- You’re looking for a long-term home where you can grow and eventually manage your own branch
- You want the support to succeed—not just a desk and a phone
