Boom is hiring a Head of Supply Chain to own everything from supplier qualification through delivery and to build the organization that executes it. You will travel, visit shop floors, push suppliers hard, and apply your engineering background to daily decisions. The role requires leading a growing team, turning around supplier performance, and building visibility into supply chain health in a fast‑moving environment. Base salary ranges from $200,000 to $253,000 per year with additional rewards.
