Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Specialist to join our production team. This isn't just about moving boxes warehouse job—you will play a vital role in our heavy industrial shop, handling parts for machine assembly, loading large shipments for interstate movement, and managing raw materials and finished machinery.

Key Responsibilities: Accurately pull, stage, and deliver parts, hardware, and sub-assemblies to production machinists and fabricators. Safely operate overhead bridge cranes and forklifts to unload flatbed trailers, move structural steel, and stage heavy components. Inspect inbound freight, process shipping documents/packing slips, and log inventory movements. Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain an organized inventory staging area. Prepare outgoing freight, rig, load, lash, and block/brace heavy machinery onto flatbed trailers for interstate movement. Operate basic hand and power tools to support crating and general workshop tasks as needed.
