Director, AI Pricing & Monetization

Rightsline is hiring a Director of Pricing and Monetization in El Segundo, CA to build a pricing discipline from the ground up. You will own portfolio-wide pricing for Rights, Royalties, Financials, and Platform, and drive AI monetization across the product line. You will partner with the CPO, CFO, CRO, and Board, establishing the cadence for pricing reviews and delivering ROI-focused pricing decisions that align with ARR, gross margin, and expansion opportunities.
