Emergency Medicine Nocturnist Physician

MUSC Health seeks a board-certified or board-eligible emergency medicine physician for primarily 10-hour shifts at Lancaster Medical Center, with occasional shifts at Chester Medical Center. The emergency department treats approximately 38,000 patients annually, with a patient mix of about 85% adults and 15% pediatric patients. Evaluate and treat patients with complex injuries, life-threatening illnesses, and serious health complications. Provide emergency care for adult and pediatric patients. Work primarily at Lancaster Medical Center and cover occasional shifts at Chester Medical Center. Collaborate with emergency department staff and available specialty services. Use the Epic electronic medical record platform to document patient care.
