We are seeking a Butcher to join our authentic Brazilian Steakhouse team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Preparing, trim, seasoning and properly skewer different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, chicken and pork.
Applying traditional seasoning and custom marinades.
Maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and meat quality control.
