Job Title: Fire Suppression Technician – Semiconductor Facility
Location: Boise, ID 83716
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Weekends OffPay: $25.00 per hour
Type: Contract-to-Hire (Strong Direct Hire Potential)
Responsibilities:- Install stainless steel high-pressure tubing and pipe fittings
- Install flexible low-voltage conduit and perform wire terminations
- Read and interpret schematics and technical documents
- Assemble mechanical and electrical subassemblies
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Perform preventive maintenance on fire suppression systems
- Support system startup, commissioning, and decommissioning
- Maintain OSHA and safety compliance
Qualifications:- High School Diploma or GED1+ year experience in fire suppression, low voltage, industrial maintenance, or related field preferred
- Ability to read schematics and technical procedures
- Understanding of low-voltage DC circuits
- Experience with stainless tubing, pipe fitting, or mechanical assembly preferredOSHA 10 (or ability to obtain)
- Strong safety mindset and reliable work history
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
