Staff Software Engineer — 3D Scoping & Estimation Platform

Hover is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to drive 3D scoping, estimates, and scope-to-order features across insurance claims and homeowner projects. You'll own the technical direction and collaborate with adjusters, contractors, and product teams to shape scalable, enterprise-ready solutions. You'll split time between design/coding and mentoring, helping define shared surfaces for restoration and retail workflows. Hybrid US role with base salary in a high six figures.
