- Design, develop and maintain customer communication management (CCM) solutions
- Oversee SDLC processes for correspondence applications
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure high-quality delivery of interactive and batch correspondence
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership
