Job Description: Blow Molding Machine Operator

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available
Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable and motivated Blow Molding Machine Operators to join a local manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor blow molding equipment, inspect finished products, and maintain a safe and organized work environment. Available Shifts1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM3rd Shift: Saturday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM
Pay rate:
1st shift $20/hr2nd shift $21/hr3rd shift $22/hrResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor blow molding machinery to ensure efficient production. Inspect finished products for defects and quality. Remove, trim, and handle finished plastic parts as needed. Package and label products for shipment or the next stage of production. Report equipment issues or production concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow safety procedures and production guidelines. Assist with additional manufacturing duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a production environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift materials and finished products as required.
Dependable attendance and willingness to work the assigned shift.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
