Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Georgia Physical Therapist License or Compact PT License (check member state eligibility). Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) preferred. Clinicians without prior experience will be required to complete an online training course prior to starting. Work Environment This position primarily involves home health care, requiring travel across four counties. Working Hours Day shift: No weekend shifts required.
