As an Appointment Coordinator, your focus is outreach. You spend your hours contacting prospective clients, introducing available services, and turning initial conversations into scheduled appointments.
What your day looks like:
- Make outbound calls to new prospects, opening conversations that lead to booked appointments
- Research and organize prospect lists so each call block is focused and productive
- Track outreach results and adjust your approach based on what is working
- Reconnect with prospects who showed interest but did not commit to a meeting time
- Share scheduling updates with team members to keep calendars aligned

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Centennial, CO office. No previous experience or degree is required. If you are motivated to pick up the phone and start conversations, training covers the rest.
