Reports To: Director of OnTrak Business Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000 USD annual base salary plus target incentive Who We Are At UE Systems we believe that every person, regardless of their industry, company size, experience, or budget, should have the tools and support to help their facilities operate more efficiently, reliably, and safely. We do this by providing a portfolio of ultrasound solutions designed to be versatile and simple to use. Since 1973, we have helped thousands of customers across the world prevent equipment failures, identify energy losses, and return home safe to their families. We are continuing to grow as we build a more disciplined, globally connected operating system to support our customers and our next stage of growth.

About the Role: We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial, hunter-minded Account Executive to build and own OnTrak sales from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone energized by pioneering a new solution, comfortable without an established territory or playbook, who can sell consultatively and partner cross-functionally to grow a new business line. As the Account Executive, you will own the OnTrak number end-to-end across North America, the UK, Ireland, and Europe, sell the full UE Systems portfolio to support and deepen every deal, and partner closely with regional territory Account Executives to expand OnTrak's presence within their existing accounts. Our People They Own Their Day: We do not micro-manage. Our team understands the outcome, makes disciplined decisions, and communicates early when priorities, risks, or constraints change. They Believe in a Team Approach: No one is expected to be a master of everything. We rely on each other, bring different strengths to the table, and build better systems together. They Always Look Through a Customer Lens: Every process we build should make it easier to serve the customer accurately, reliably, and on time.

Your Impact: Own and build the OnTrak sales motion as UE Systems' dedicated OnTrak Account Executive, from initial pipeline generation through close, across North America, the UK, Ireland, and Europe. Act as an entrepreneurial hunter, prospecting and creating net-new OnTrak opportunities in a market where the solution and sales process are still being defined. Sell the full UE Systems portfolio to support broader account conversations, while OnTrak revenue remains the primary metric. Partner closely with territory-based Account Executives to identify whitespace, co-sell, and expand OnTrak adoption deeper within their existing accounts. Lead consultative discovery, product demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements that establish OnTrak's value proposition with net-new and existing customers. Develop and refine early sales messaging, objection handling, and playbook elements as one of the first sellers of this solution, capturing what works to inform future OnTrak hires. Build and maintain a rigorous, accurately forecasted OnTrak pipeline across multiple geographies and time zones. Represent OnTrak at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events across North America and Europe, gathering market feedback to help shape the roadmap. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine ideal customer profile, messaging, and go-to-market strategy as the OnTrak sales function scales. Your Experience 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience with a consistent, documented track record of meeting or exceeding quota. Demonstrated success generating net-new pipeline and closing business without an established territory, playbook, or brand recognition. Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive environments, or comparable technical B2B sales. Comfort selling a broader product portfolio while being measured on a specific product line's number. Experience partnering with or supporting other account owners or sales reps to expand within shared accounts. Strong consultative, value-based selling skills. Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Ability to travel across North America and internationally (UK, Ireland, continental Europe) as needed. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to Have: Experience selling reliability, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, or related industrial IoT solutions. "0 to 1" or early-stage sales experience launching a new product or business line. Familiarity with formal sales methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or Command of the Message. Experience with modern sales tooling (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, or similar).
