Independent Travel Agent

Role Description: Scope Africa Travel & Tours is seeking independent travel agents, travel advisors, travel consultants, and international business partners to collaborate with us on a remote, commission-based or partnership basis. This opportunity is open to individuals and travel professionals based in Latin America, the United States, the United Kingdom, and other international markets who have access to potential clients interested in traveling to Africa. The role focuses on promoting Scope Africa’s travel experiences, generating client inquiries, and connecting travelers with tailor-made safaris and holidays across Tanzania and other African destinations. Partners will work remotely and independently, introducing clients to Scope Africa Travel & Tours and earning commission on confirmed bookings or through mutually agreed partnership arrangements.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential travelers interested in African safaris and travel experiences. Promote Scope Africa Travel & Tours to clients, networks, and relevant travel communities. Generate qualified travel inquiries and refer clients to Scope Africa. Collaborate with Scope Africa to develop personalized travel itineraries and proposals for clients. Support communication with clients throughout the sales and booking process, as agreed. Build and maintain professional relationships to generate repeat business and referrals. Promote premium safari experiences, cultural journeys, wildlife adventures, and tailor-made holidays. Represent Scope Africa professionally and communicate its travel offerings accurately. Develop opportunities for long-term business partnerships and international market growth.

Qualifications: Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, sales, marketing, or client relationship management is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify and connect with potential travel clients. Interest in African travel, safari experiences, and tourism. Sales, networking, and business development skills. Ability to work independently and remotely from any country. Professionalism, reliability, and a client-focused approach. Existing client networks, travel communities, or access to potential travelers are an advantage. Fluency in English is preferred; Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages are an added advantage.

Compensation & Partnership: This is a remote, independent collaboration opportunity and is not a salaried or full-time employment position. Compensation is commission-based, with commission earned on confirmed bookings generated through the partner, or through mutually agreed partnership terms.
