I am looking to hire a full-time Engineering Technician (1st Shift) for reputable manufacturing company here in Butler, WI (53007). This role will be permanent with benefits and is looking to interview/start immediately!
Pay: $25-32/hr (based on experience) & Benefits & Profit Sharing

Troubleshoot and optimize tooling, molding, finishing, and manufacturing processes Develop, refine, and implement production processes that improve product quality, efficiency, and consistency. Analyze manufacturing challenges and recommend tooling modifications and process improvements to reduce scrap, increase productivity, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with production teams Provide input on tooling design Support the quoting process Create and manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOsUpdate and maintain inventory records, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and other engineering data within ERP systems.
