TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Physician with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Littleton, North Carolina. Outpatient-only primary care practice Provide comprehensive care across the entire lifespan Preventive care and chronic disease management Patient Population Underserved rural community Federally Qualified Health Center setting Practice Environment Mission-driven community health organization serving patients across multiple locations in northeastern North Carolina. Organization Overview Multiple medical clinic locations Dental services and in-house pharmacy support available Support StaffFull clinical and administrative support staff available Team-based care environment On-site Specialists: NoneCall Responsibilities Very light after-hours telephonic call Calls are first triaged by experienced RN staff Provider contacted only for urgent situations or documentation clarification Weekend or Holiday Call: None Clinics are closed on major holidays. Schedule & Coverage Expected Schedule Monday through Friday coverage Five days per week preferred Open to 3 4 consecutive day schedules Lunch Break: 1 hour Candidate RequirementsMD or DOBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds Minimum 5+ years of experience Willingness to see patients per day Meet quality metrics for preventive and chronic disease management CredentialingFast credentialing turnaround Credentialing with major payors supported Prior Medicare/Medicaid enrollment not required but preferred
