Kelly Professional & Industrial is hiring Coating Associates for a precision optics manufacturer. No optics experience required paid training provided! Candidates with manufacturing, assembly, production, or machine operation experience are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and clean optical glass for coating.
Load/unload coating equipment and operate sandblasting equipment.
Prepare masking materials.
Perform quality checks and follow detailed work instructions.
Follow safety, PPE, and cleanroom procedures.
What We're Looking For:- 2+ years manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Basic computer skills.
- Comfortable with repetitive work and standing/sitting for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and transportation.
- Ability to distinguish colors and perform visual inspections.
