Real Estate Agent - Experienced Agents / Expansion PartnerA DIFFERENT VISION IS POSSIBLE: OUR BLUE OCEAN STRATEGY IS PROVEN METHODS SINCE 2019. While other teams/agents fight in the "red ocean" of competitionbattling over the same agents with marginally different splits and minimal supportModern Living Network has created a true Blue Ocean Strategy that makes competition irrelevant. Instead of competing within the existing industry confines, we've reimagined what a real estate organization can be by: Creating new market opportunities where State Leaders gain strategic advantages to grow, lead, and scale within their State. Eliminating the outdated trade-off between value and cost no more choosing between low splits with strong support or high splits with little to none. Modern Living Network delivers both. Building a system focused on agent success metrics rather than brokerage recruitment numbers Implementing "Agent Without Borders" approach that transcends traditional geographic and operational limitations Harnessing AI technology to create unprecedented efficiency and results while others struggle to adapt At Modern Living Network, we're challenging the fundamental structure of the real estate industry. We believe that when brokerages and teams provide actual support systemsnot just empty promisesagents thrive, consumers win, and our industry evolves.
OUR VISION:
"What happens when we stop accepting that 87% of agents must fail within 5 years and 71% sell ZERO homes annually? What if a brokerage actually delivered on its promises of support? What if agents owned their future, while having systems that truly worked for them? What if AI technology was leveraged to create unprecedented success? Modern Living Network isn't just changing the conversationwe're changing the entire industry equation through the revolutionary Epique platform." Ready to lead the revolution in your state? THE HARD TRUTH ABOUT REAL ESTATE TODAY Real Estate Is Broken. The System Turned Against Its Own. The facts are clear: 87% of agents fail within their first 5 years 71% didn't close a single deal in 2024 Team leaders take massive splitsand credit for deals they didn't close Agents put in the work yet others cash the checks. And the truth? Our own Realtor Association was found guilty of conspiracy. Traditional brokerages are clinging to the same broken modelexpecting different results That's exactly why we're building something new. A model that puts agents in control of their value, their income, and their future. No more middlemen. No more outdated systems. IMPORTANT NOTE: The expansion partner role is a unique opportunity with significant income potential not just from your personal sales performance, but from building and leading a network. Through our partnership with Epique Realty and the Modern Living Network, you'll have access to powerful revenue share opportunities and the ability to earn from mentoring and supporting other agents in your territory. As with all real estate roles, compensation is commission-based under a 1099 independent contractor agreement this is not a W-2 position. However, our proven systems are built to deliver predictable, scalable results when implemented effectively, giving you the tools to grow both your business and your income streams.
