What You'll Do:- Run CNC programs for specific item codes
- Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machines
- Inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality
- Maintain production specifications

- What You Bring to the Team
- Education & KnowledgeGED or High School Diploma required1–3 years manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and perform basic math (8th‑grade level or higherSkills & AbilitiesUnderstanding of manufacturing quality principlesAbility to read blueprints, specifications, and job plansAbility to stand for long periods, use tools, and perform repetitive tasks (including bending/stooping)
- Strong visual acuity for reading instructions and inspecting parts
- Good judgment, decision‑making skills, and a strong safety mindset
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
