Parts Distribution Analyst Join the Kelly team to support Nissan's warehouse and distribution operations as a Warehouse Operations Coordinator (Parts Distribution Analyst).In this role, you'll help coordinate inbound deliveries, maintain accurate inventory records, and support the timely shipment of customer orders. You'll work closely with warehouse associates, order pickers, transportation providers, and internal logistics contacts to keep materials moving safely and efficiently.
Pay: $36.25 per hour Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 a.m.3:30 p.m.
Work arrangement: Onsite, five days per week
What you'll do:
Monitor and maintain current inventory levels using warehouse systems and records.
Place and track orders, investigate delays or issues, and follow up on resolutions.
Perform physical inventory counts and support inventory tracking and reconciliation.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with transportation providers and internal logistics teams.
Verify that materials are selected, processed, and shipped accurately.
Monitor shipment status and communicate updates about high-priority orders and critical inventory needs.
Collect, analyze, and report operational data to support management.
Collaborate with associates, order pickers, and management across functions.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree.13 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage complex workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn new functions and systems.
Familiarity with WMS and SAP environments; training will be provided.
