This role is perfect for clinicians eager to practice highly personalized medicine in a concierge environment, helping patients achieve measurable improvements in health, vitality, and long-term performance. You ll work primarily with women navigating: Hormonal changes, including perimenopause and menopause Fatigue, burnout, and stress regulation Weight management and metabolic optimization Sleep challenges and recovery issues Sexual wellness and intimacy concerns Preventative and longevity-focused care Their patients are professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders who value an elevated patient experience. This is a fully-remote role!
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth patient evaluations and follow-up consultations
- Prescribe and manage medications, supplements, and wellness therapies within your scope of practice
- Review and interpret advanced laboratory results and biomarker data
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, health coaches, and support staff
- Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their health journey
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with EMR, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines
- Engage in ongoing learning and team-based case discussions Qualifications Required:
- Active NJ NP/PA license AND an active FL NP/PA license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Experience in women s health
- Skilled at interpreting comprehensive lab results
- Excellent patient communication and relationship-building skills Preferred Experience:
- Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), menopause, or perimenopause care
- Functional or integrative medicine
- Concierge, cash-pay, or wellness-focused practice
- Interest in longevity, performance, and precision medicine
