Mitel is seeking a Director of Sales Operations — Americas to lead the regional sales operations, forecast and quota processes, and go-to-market coverage. You will partner with Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, and the global Revenue Operations function to drive performance and operational rigor.
The role reports to the Global VP, Revenue Operations and oversees an Americas Sales Operations team across USA, Canada, and CALA, delivering data‑driven insights and process excellence to maximize revenue.
