Lancesoft is seeking a Regional Merchant Success Manager to support and grow SMB grocery partners. You will manage a focused book of approximately 75 merchants, drive revenue, and guide merchants on visibility and listings on the platform.
This remote role involves outbound calls, email outreach, and data-driven conversations to reduce churn, deliver QBRs, and collaborate with internal teams to pitch the right products.
