Learning & Development Specialist

Responsibilities include: Design, develop, and deploy interactive Web-Based Training (WBT), storyboards, and job aids using authoring tools (Articulate 360/Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate), while establishing standardized templates and development documentation Manage system administration of the corporate LMS: upload course packages (SCORM/xAPI), create learning tracks/cohorts, and assign compliance certifications Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) across business units to design, deliver, and continuously improve employee development programs, while partnering with global HR teams on global HR initiatives Collects, analyzes, and reports learning metrics, completion rates, and post-training evaluations (Kirkpatrick levels 1-3) to measure business impact and ROIShares expertise in the development and use of e-learning methodologies for course design Project management tasks including corporate communications, training materials, customer support, reporting and analysis Partner with corporate communications to announce global learning campaigns and initiatives
