Luxury Boutique Director — Multi-Unit Growth & Travel

Richemont seeks a Boutique Director for the U.S. market. A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master’s in business is preferred. The ideal candidate has multi-unit or high-volume luxury retail or hospitality experience and can manage multiple projects while upholding the Van Cleef & Arpels brand image. You will lead sales growth, develop the sales team, and ensure exceptional service. Domestic and international travel up to 50% is expected, with flexible hours as needed.
